Fixes #7237

What changes did you make?

  • Updated project board links throughout Section 2.3
  • Updated titles and text to reflect the fact that the new filtered Project Board links display both front end and back end/devOps roles
  • Sec 2.3.c was eliminated and the subsequent sections were renumbered
  • Updates to Table of Contents

Why did you make the changes (we will use this info to test)?

  • The previous Project Board links are no longer usable since the migration to the new Project Board
